Our secret family recipe gives it its signature milky flavour, soft buttery crust and perfect pineapple-to-tart ratio. A must-have festive treat and an uniquely Singapore piece.
Following the success of our Traditional Pineapple Tarts, we took the traditional pineapple tart and made it into a bite-sized ball of joy. The Golden Pineapple Ball is crafted to give a satisfying mouthfeel – the perfect mishmash of pineapple and pastry.
