Important: Pre-book a slot, 1 day in advance (with no min pax to start a class)
Let's celebrate Singapore's love for kuehs!
Kueh Ho Jiak has stuck to its roots of preserving the heritage yet being traditionally modernized to reach out to the older and younger generations.
Their ang ku kuehs are soft and fragrant, made from sweet potatoes, being healthier without the use of artificial colouring and preservatives. Its recipes are specially curated to be less sweet too.
In this special workshop, there will be fun and educational learning experiences about cultural heritage, learning how to make traditional ang ku kueh (red tortoise cake) as well as their interesting Singa-Kueh Box designs!
